Love the app but still a few bugs and missing features
I really love the app, it has all the necessary features for tracking wine. Wish I could change the pic of my wines with the default one you can find in the database with the text search and would love to be able to add alcohol percentages.
A thing that annoys me is that in the wine names (at least for Italian wines) they always put the producer and I have to change it manually every time, for example a Barolo produced by Borgogno would be found as “Borgogno Barolo” and I would have to delete the word “Borgogno” as it is the producer not the wine name. This happens for almost every wine.
Also the wine regions are all wrong for Italian wines: if you look up an Amarone you would find the word “Amarone” in the region but in reality it’s the wine type, the region where it’s from is Veneto.
Hope this helps to improve the app.

We will soon open the alcohol data field for users to review and edit. We are sorry about the issue of wrong wine name and regions. Useful. Most retail prices are wrong
As a Mexican, most of prices are mistaken, you should use Vivino as a reference since it take an average from most countries, not just USA.
Not functional
I have used this app for 3 years. It started off great, but I have not been able to scan into my cellar most wines over the last 3 months or so. Customer service is non-existent at this point, based on my experience. I send support messages with an automated response that “it is outside business hours and someone will be in touch soon” (paraphrase). Very frustrating.
