Cenli® is a biofeedback kit that helps you train to calm your nervous system. Cenli consists of wireless sensors that measure heart rate variability, temperature, and muscle tension, and an app that visualises the measurements and guides you through a 10-minute daily biofeedback session. How is Cenli used? Use Cenli for 10 minutes daily to complete a biofeedback session. The app shows step-by-step instructions and provides learning about biofeedback and the sensor measurements. After each session, you receive statistics and a score. Cenli includes a user manual that guides you through how to use the product. Privacy All data is handled securely and in accordance with GDPR.
