Excellent App and Customer Service
The app is great. It’s simple, fast, and very easy to use. You can also score reward points. I had a minor issue syncing pay mail. Lorien reached out quickly per my inquiry and successfully resolved. Highly recommend.
Not Safe!
Why did my funds disappeared? Who had access to my wallet from your team? These are some of the ?’s I asked and no response so far. Why were my funds not secure thru app? CentBee failed to protect my funds and now I have lost with no help on their end. I will follow up with whatever resources and actions I may need to hold CentBee accountable for this.
Update: After experiencing a very scary moment for anyone that sees there account go to ZERO, they were able to fix whatever issue they were having on their end. Not fun and def not feeling safe storing anything in this wallet anymore.
Easy to use
This wallet is easy to use and being developed quickly. I requested that they fix the delay on the pin entry screen and they were listening. Company has a long term plan.
