2C2P payment api is not processing international cards

My fiancée is in Thailand and due to Covid we have not been able to see each other for several months. I was always able to purchase items for her on Central with my Visa card. I am in the US. Recently you changed something about your payment API and any card I use will fail. In fact it doesn’t even post. If it was a payment decline I would get notice from my card company. I think the way you process the card it is using the shipping address and trying to verify that as the billing address. If that is the case you need to add the option to add billing address as part of the card payment information. You also should add more secure payment options like PayPal or Apple Pay.

Not able to link The1 Account & Bad Customer Support

Your feature to link The1 Account does not work. It keeps giving me an error for invalid email even though I am using the correct email for my The1 account. Even your forgot password functionality for The1 linking gives me an invalid email error message even though it is the correct email. This has turned me off from purchasing anything from your app.

Your customer support chat is also useless as it only handles Thai. I tried chatting with support and the agent can’t even reply to me.
