With the recent”upgrade “ nothing much works better.First off I was told I didn’t know my password. When in fact it was the recent upgrade that wouldn’t let me use my password.Then this morning I made a mobile check deposit and the back photo I saw was fine but the photo that you show me you received was all wavy and cut up.Also I like the old format a lot better maybe simply because I was used to it and now I have to get used to a new format.

This banking application is difficult to use and the mobile deposit function doesn’t work for me at all. I’ve had a terrible time trying to deposit checks which has resulted in lengthy wait times to access the funds and fees associated with deposits being rejected.

My family has been banking with CNB since the early 1950’s. I’m sure both my parents were banking with it them years before. I have always been treated with professionalism and kindness. Growing up I was brought there with my parents to get to know the employees.

This app falls way short of other banking apps. For starters, it will not save your user ID. Which doesn’t exactly make you feel like a welcome customer! Next, there us no option to show your password. Make a mistake, and you get to guess what it was. Try to schedule a payment, the only apparent option is Today! You have to dig to figure out a future payment date. These are just a few. Central Bank could do much better!
