No Troubleshooting in App

I am working on my 200 hour yoga certification, and the app keeps not working. I will watch an entire video and it freezes at the very last second and then makes me rewatch the entire video again. This has now happened four times, and there is no way to fast forward. I cannot continue on with my classes either, until the app accepts my watched video and then lets me progress. But I can’t progress because it makes me keep rewatching the same video. Very frustrating. On top of that, the app has no tech support.
