Chống làm phiền là một ứng dụng cho phép khách hàng thực hiện chặn các cuộc gọi hoặc SMS không mong muốn từ các thuê bao khác. Với 3 chức năng chính:
- Chặn cuộc gọi/sms từ các thuê bao ngoài danh bạ.
- Chặn cuộc gọi/sms từ các thuê bao người dùng tự đăng ký.
- Chủ động đặt khung giờ chặn.
Ứng dụng “Chống làm phiền” giúp khách hàng chủ động trong việc quản lý các cuộc gọi tin nhắn và chủ động về mặt thời gian. Ứng dụng hiện tại chỉ dành riêng cho thuê bao của Viettel.
