Connect the wallbox. The app reads charging sessions from the manufacturer's cloud or via OCPP. No meter readings by hand. 2. Classify each charge. With the reminder switched on, the app notifies you and every session is confirmed as business or private, with an odometer reading and, if you like, a photo of the odometer. 3. Get the report. Once automatic reports are switched on, the previous month's report is ready as a PDF at the start of each month — date, time and kilowatt-hours for every single charge. FEATURES • See the charging sessions of your own wallbox, grouped by month • Classify a charge as business or private straight from the notification, with odometer reading and photo • Open, save and forward the monthly report as a PDF • Notifications when the report is ready, when the wallbox stops sending data, or when a confirmation is missing • Tell several RFID cards on one wallbox apart • For corporate customers: personnel number and company assignment for payroll export • Export your own data, delete your account SUPPORTED WALLBOXES Supported are Easee, go-eCharger, Sungrow, GoodWe, Charge Amps, myenergi Zappi, Zaptec, V2C Trydan, Wallbox Pulsar/Commander and Ohme, as well as any wallbox that speaks OCPP 1.6 or 2.0.1. For models without an interface, a separate electricity meter can be wired in. WHO IT IS FOR Drivers of a company car with a private charge point, and fleet managers who want to reimburse their employees' charging electricity properly. LANGUAGES The interface follows the phone's language: German, English, Dutch, French, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian and Chinese. PRIVACY Our servers are in the EU: the application in Frankfurt am Main, the database in Stockholm. The app contains no advertising networks and no third-party analytics. We collect what the proof and the billing need: charging sessions, licence plate, odometer readings, the optional odometer photo, plus profile and bank details. For notifications a device identifier is passed to Firebase Cloud Messaging; card payments are handled by Stripe. Account data and reports can be exported at any time, and the account can be deleted inside the app. PLEASE NOTE The app displays the data of an existing ChargeReport account. Employees of a corporate customer receive their invitation by e-mail from their employer. ChargeReport is not tax advice. Whether and how much is reimbursed is decided by the employer.
