Here's what's new:
- Redesigned UI/UX: We've given Chargesmart EV a fresh new look that's not only visually stunning, but also more intuitive and user-friendly than ever before.
- Two-Factor Authentication: Your security is our top priority. With two-factor authentication, you can rest assured that your EV charging account is well-protected.
- Read NFC Key: Chargesmart EV now supports reading NFC keys, making it even easier to get started with new RFID cards.
- Social Login: You can now log in to Chargesmart EV using your social media account, making it faster and simpler to get started.
- Payment Gateway with additional security layer: Our payment gateway now has an additional layer of security to protect your payment information.
- Handle Multiple Card with Single Account: You can now store multiple payment cards in Your Chargesmart EV account and seamlessly switch between them.
- Save the Apple Pay & Google Pay Card for future payment & auto reload: We've added support for Apple Pay and Google Pay, making it even easier to pay and reload your account.
- Network Roaming (Local Charge point operators filter & site info): Chargesmart EV App now supports network roaming, We will continuously add 3rd party networks for you to easily find charging stations no matter where you are.
- Send Email Receipt form app: You can now receive email receipts directly from Chargesmart EV, making it easier to keep track of your transactions.
- 24x7 Live Support: Our support team is available around the clock to help you with any questions or issues you may have.
- Live port status update: Chargesmart EV APP now provides real-time updates on port status. You'll receive a notification as soon as a port becomes available.
- Multi-currency/country support: Chargesmart EV is continuously working to expand to new regions, We've added support for multiple currencies and countries, making it easier for you to use Chargesmart EV wherever you are.
- Details Site Info Screen: You can now view detailed information about charging stations, including location, Availability, Amenities, Pricing, Opening times and more.
- Upload Site/station images option to the driver: You can now upload images of charging stations directly from the app.
- Station Ratings & Review with Image: You can now rate and review charging stations, and even upload images to share your experience.
- Default Map with site cluster and with port status: The map view now displays charging ports as clusters, making it easier to find the nearest one.

Needs Improvement
The developers of this app clearly didn’t do any testing or QA because it’s very buggy which makes signing up via the iPhone app very frustrating. When the code was sent via text to sign up I cut and pasted it into the field like I do for all other apps and websites but unfortunately it pasted all 6 numbers into the first field which is bizarre and an easy fix for the developers. I tried again and the same thing happened so I assumed it had timed out so I requested another code. I was never texted another code even though I tried having it sent multiple times. I then tried signing up with my email and it worked but had to manually enter the code. The app says you can use a credit card or PayPal for payment but I couldn’t find a way to use PayPal. The description of the charger I wanted to use says Free but also lists .40 per Kw which is confusing. I haven’t even tried to charge yet and I’m very disappointed with this app.

How do you think your ever going to make any money at all with this terrible app? Just allow people to tap a credit card at the terminal. For God's sake stop doing stupid stuff and ditch this garbage app. You might as well flush your investment down the toilet. No one is going to figure any of this out. Such a waste of time and energy with these dumb apps that never work!!!!

Don’t use these chargers unless you are desperate
I used the fast charger located in my town and I contacted them due to an over charge during a session and it has now been almost 3 weeks in calling it they still haven’t rectified this. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
