Chase Robot 4+

I’ve had this gadget for about 2 years now. My hubby and son brought and had Idea what to do with it. So over the years of cleaning I just so happen to see it in the open. I thought they told me it was broken at some point too, I wanted to find out. I put 3 AA batteries in it turned it on. For about 4 minutes I tried to figure out how does it connect 🤔, I looked under it downloaded the app & here I am. I enjoy it so far it convenient and accurate for the most part! This was a good investment.

This works fine if all you want to do is record yourself. The tracking is a little slow but otherwise is okay...ONLY for recoding YOURSELF. Despite the app saying that you can use video calling apps, such as Skype, they lied to get you to buy the product. This does not work with Skype, or any other video calling app. It’ll connect you to your Skype, then dial some random “bot” that does not answer. In this day and age, where quarantine is part of daily life, people want to have a device that they can use for keeping in touch with family. This, unfortunately, is not it. I chatted with their customer service who then tells you they can’t help and to email them. You’ll email, hope-in-hand, and you won’t get a response. Of course. And a product that’s under $15...I should have known better.

After being very disappointed with the Track AI tripod head by the same manufacturer, I decided to take a chance on Chase Robot. In my opinion, Chase Robot is so much better, in that it doesn’t crash whenever I try to record something, and there are no annoying watermarks on every recorded video, unlike on Track AI.

So forget about buying Track AI, and consider buying Chase Robot instead. 👍
