Honestly, this camera is doing well so far! It has an excellent image during the day and at night it is blurry in some spots as expected in any outdoor camera with night vision, without paying over $50 so pretty good if you ask me! The App itself could have some updates and new forthcomings would be nice! While installing the camera as I was running the cord through the wall up to the attic and down to the garage where I plugged it in at unfortunately I had to use a extension cord to complete the power process! Lol but other than those -2! This product made by Merkury is a Solid piece of equipment!

I have two Merkury light bulbs that I use. They used to work great but eventually I moved and only ended up using one. I need the Bluetooth light bulb capability because I don’t have a ceiling light in my bedroom and don’t want to use my flashlight every single time I need to get dressed. I found out I could even turn the lights on when I wasn’t at home which was great. Eventually, the bulb stopped working no matter how much I reset it, repaired it, or reconnected to it. I had to swap to the other lightbulb which also worked fine until it had the same issue. Eventually I tried to make a new account to pair to the lightbulb like it was new and that worked for a little while until the same issues started again. I’m actually really disappointed in how much technical work I’ve had to do myself because the app wants you to pay for real tech support. Honestly trash app and trash lightbulbs, they were brand new and broke faster than the average iPhone.

Nothing about this app or service is based in the United States of America other than distribution to megastores. The only contact you can receive is to be put in line on a queue to be called back from a call center in the Philippines. A situation occurred where I needed to rely on the services. Premium subscription purchased. Account verified on website as paid. The only access I had were live feed to the cameras themselves. could not retrieve any footage or captures whatsoever. Representative on phone could offer very little to zero solutions or help other than “rest assured” the situation will be handled. It won’t. I attempted to delete my account all together only to be met with and error “OPPS, Something went wrong, please try again later.” With a Merkury logo on the page. 7 days as I am writing this. 7 days and still zero solutions other than. “We will pass this along”. This service offers absolutely ZERO security and I am downright baffled it has this many high reviews
