Now for cheer and dance families. Live schedules, prep times and alerts for every athlete you follow. Your first event is always free. CheerKeeper puts your performer's competition schedule in your pocket, for all star cheer and dance. See when they perform, which hall they're in and every prep time from check-in to warm-up, updated whenever the event producer changes the running order. Choose Cheer or Dance when you open the app, and switch anytime in Settings. Find your event, add your athletes' teams, and CheerKeeper builds your day: who's on now, who's next, and what's coming later. • Your Day: live and next-up performances on one screen • Every athlete: all your kids' teams in one combined schedule • Itinerary: your teams on one timeline • Alerts: choose how much warning you get before they perform • Filters: find any team by level, division, or gym • Running order: the full schedule for every hall, every day • Try a sample: explore a demo event before your competition FOR EVENT PRODUCERS Run the schedule from your phone, right from the floor. • Shift a whole hall earlier or later when you're running ahead or behind • Move any routine up or down the running order, and every time after it recalculates • Hold a team out of the order and place it back when they're ready • Scratch a team that won't perform • Adjust awards and breaks the same way • Stage your changes, review what's different, then publish them all at once • Send announcements and emergency alerts to every family at the event Nothing reaches families until you publish and teams can never be scheduled on top of each other. No account needed. Your first event is free. Each additional event is a one-time $1.99 purchase. Never miss your moment to cheer.
