New in 1.1: each tank's level day by day for 90 days, with delivery days marked; a warning when a delivery may not fit; and lab order PDFs read right on your phone. ChemLevel tells a water or wastewater treatment plant what it is about to run out of, and drafts the order before it does. Log a tank level or a cylinder weight in a few seconds, from the phone in your pocket, standing at the tank. ChemLevel works out how fast that chemical is actually being used at your plant — not a nameplate figure — and turns it into a date: days until empty, days until you need to order, and the quantity to put on the purchase order. WHAT IT DOES • Tank levels and cylinder weights, logged in seconds and stored per site • Days-until-empty forecasting from your plant's own consumption history • Reorder alerts that account for each vendor's lead time • Cylinder changeover warnings, counted in hours once a rack is close • Vendor order drafts, ready to send, with your delivery days and hours on them • Budget tracking per chemical against annual spend • Maintenance issues flagged and emailed to whoever fixes them • A daily round of readings that shows what is left to check • Optional NFC tags at the tanks: a tap opens the tank and marks the reading as taken there • A review of each day's round for supervisors: who logged what, when, and whether it was tapped at the tank BUILT FOR HOW PLANTS ACTUALLY RUN Readings get logged in a plant room with no signal. ChemLevel keeps working offline and syncs when a connection comes back. Operators and supervisors see different things, because they do different jobs.
