I am able to find classes and register well enough, so the main function works for me, although aesthetically the design and icons look very dated, and usability or user-experience (and categories/sections/tabs organization) is not very streamlined or completely intuitive.

Would love to have some feedback considered for possible updates—

I like to check multiple locations, so it is very cumbersome that I have to go back to each individual location to change and see different times and days. It would be great if there was an option to see all locations classes and times on one page, similar to main website. Also when I switch between locations to look at classes it either takes several seconds to load schedule or sometimes doesn’t switch at all, unless I go back through two screens and forward through to refresh again.

One other note/question— Is there any way to see all of our registered upcoming classes, like in a calendar or list within the app (I can’t seem to locate something like this even though when I register it says add to calendar, but doesn’t add to my personal cal), and also to cancel from there? I can see my classes on the barcode page, but no way to edit from there. To cancel one I had to go back to the specific gym location schedule and search for the class I had registered for, then click on it and click the (very hard to see) cancel button on bottom.

When I clicked “forgot password” it sent me my new info: a temporary password and the email address my account is associated with. In the app if you click on “club” then myiclub, you will be able to see your account info, agreement, etc.
