Get the most out of your East Bank Club membership with the East Bank Club app. Use the app as your membership card in the parking garage and when you enter the Club, to view the daily schedule of classes, and to register for classes and services. Workout from home with our library of on-demand workouts. Manage your schedule of appointments and classes, get updates about instructor changes, and view your history of classes, appointments and purchases.

Look for more to come in the future, including ordering from our restaurants and a feedback forum so we can continue to improve the app.

Schedule is glitchy, when it works.

Too often the schedule doesn’t load, but when it does load, it’s glitchy. For example, I can get the day’s schedule to load, select a class I want to attend, then the class registration page won’t load. The opposite is true, too. If I manage to schedule a class one day, and need to cancel or change that class on a different day, the club schedules and my personal schedules don’t load. This has been happening on both my phone and my wife’s phone for months, so it’s definitely not the device.

Super laggy

When it works it’s great but often times the schedule won’t load and the solution is to log out. Half the time it won’t log me back in and I can’t reset my password because it doesn’t recognize my information.

Super useful

If I ever forget my card or anything, it’s super nice that I can just use the app on my phone and get in. Also having quick access to all of the classes is very nice and saves a lot of time. A few other key features are the club occupancy level at that exact time, dining menus, and much more.
