Description
Record multiple children's weight, height, and head circumference measurements and use them to generate growth charts from birth to age 20.
Predict growth with the free growth projection feature. All percentiles and Z-scores are calculated using the highly accurate LMS method.
Contains WHO, CDC, Preterm, and combination charts (WHO-CDC, Preterm-WHO), as well as dozens of country-specific charts available with the Pro Version upgrade.
Easily export and import data with CSV files, or use the built-in cloud backup to sync data between devices and share with other users.

* Combination charts let you use a single chart across common transition points (Preterm-WHO, WHO-CDC)

* Show percentiles using either real age (based on birth date) or corrected age (based on due date) for premature babies
* Compare multiple children on the same plot
* Click points on the charts see exact percentiles, or easily generate a table of percentiles for all measurements
* Easily share or save chart images or PDF reports (PDFs in Pro Version only)
* Export and import measurements to CSV files

Review Update
Developer probably rolling his/her eyes when reading my previous 3 star review. I groused about entering birthdate and the drop down for it was right under my nose. I am now happily entering my patients. Would still like date, weight, and BMI/age on another screen. My life would be perfect then! Use this app every day.
