Thank you for your review and we apologize for your experience. We did have a bug that caused disruptions on our app but we fixed it within 48 hours. We verify users information to make a safer platform than most dating apps. We never received a request from you regarding this support request but we did post updates on our social media channels. Unfortunately all apps run into bugs sometimes but we work dilligently to resolve them as soon as possible and we strive to make the customer experience paramount to our mission.
