Must stay in app

Annoying that you have to have the app open and active on your phone in order for it to work or you get alerts that your phone has disconnected and it won’t continue to track your temperature progress. Which means I can’t do anything else on my phone when I’m smoking and have to set my Lock Screen to “never”. It’s very annoying. If not for this it would be a 5-star app.

Works ok

Does not update, I suspect it doesnt have permission to run in background, but it also does not show up on the background app permission list.

So can only get a single measurement by loading the app. Then have to close it and re open to get a new reading. Really wish I could see the plot of the entire cook!
