Chui records the meeting you are in, transcribes it and writes the notes.
No bot ever joins your call. Chui records from the device in front of you — your iPhone or Apple Watch in the room, your Mac or Windows PC for a call online, or a browser tab — so there is nothing for the other side to see and nothing to admit into the meeting.
HOW IT WORKS
• You press record. Chui keeps recording with the screen locked.
• You jot two lines as you would on paper — a name, a number, what you promised. Don't try to write the notes; this is the raw material.
• Afterwards Chui merges your lines with what was actually said and hands back a short summary. Not forty minutes of transcript to read.
IN THE LANGUAGE YOU MET IN
Chui transcribes a meeting in the language it was actually held in, and writes the notes in that language: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian or Bulgarian. An English word in the middle of a French sentence is expected, not treated as a mistake, so a meeting full of «deploy», «sprint» and «churn» comes back with those words in it. The application itself speaks all six.
WHO SAID IT
Chui separates the voices in a recording and lets you name them once. Named people build up across meetings, so you can ask what you and Ivan agreed six weeks ago.
ON YOUR WRIST
The Apple Watch app records on its own and hands the recording to your phone afterwards. The phone stays in your pocket.
ASK ABOUT THE MEETING
Connect Chui to Claude or ChatGPT and ask in your own words — “what did we agree with Ivan?”. The answer comes out of what was actually said, not from a note somebody managed to type.
WHAT HAPPENS TO A RECORDING
A recording goes to Chui's servers to be transcribed and summarised, and no provider we use is permitted to train a model on it. Calendar access is read-only — Chui cannot change anything in your calendar. You can delete a meeting, everywhere it exists, and your whole account, from inside the application.
You are responsible for having the consent of the people you record. Requirements differ between countries and some require the consent of everyone present.
CHUI PRO
Chui Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: 9.99 EUR a month, or 99.99 EUR a year — the App Store shows the price in your own currency. Payment is taken by the App Store, it renews unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and it is managed and cancelled in your Apple account settings. The free plan is ten meetings a month and thirty days of history — after thirty days an older meeting locks rather than being deleted, and nothing is ever thrown away. Chui Pro lifts both: unlimited meetings, and your history kept for as long as you keep the account.
