Fantastic app this is. It still is the most fully fledged app for any bank in the Caribbean. What I would like is perhaps some more core features being built into the app itself. The app feels rather lightweight and as such deep integration into iOS is a missed opportunity. More urgently, I suggest a look into availing customers of Apple Pay functionality given the rise of Contactless payment options across the Caribbean and especially here in Jamaica. The rise of wearables in the region has also made for a plausible use-case for FCIB to branch out and extend support to Apple Watch for Apple Pay & Quick points of reference (like CIBC Canada’s app). I’m loving the experience with CIBC and I look forward to banking with you guys for a long time.
This app is good overall however the developers need to update the sign on capability to include Face ID
App has subsequently been updated for users with Face ID a hassle free sign on experience

Hi Lilkt27, thank you for your feedback. Our Mobile App has both the Fingerprint ID/Touch ID as well as Face ID. Your mobile device needs to have the Fingerprint ID/Touch ID or Face ID functionality, in order for you to access these features on the mobile app. You can then set up Fingerprint ID/Touch ID or Face ID from the Preferences menu. ^AM
So there I was standing in my gym... I swiped my credit card to pay my membership and received the familiar “ping” alert on my watch. “Oh, look at that, someone just swiped my credit card!” My Coach was like, “Wait what? In real time? That’s amazing!”
Technology is advancing super fast and I’m happy to see that my bank is taking appropriate steps to alert me on my transactions and protect me from fraudulent activities.
