Helpful App with Language Issue
I've been using this app for a while now, and I must say it's incredibly helpful and efficient in many ways. The features and functionality are top-notch, and it has become an essential tool in my daily routine.
However, there is one significant issue that I've encountered while using the app. When I select the English language setting, I occasionally come across a substantial number of French words instead of English. This can be quite confusing and disrupts the overall user experience.
I would appreciate it if the developers could address this language bug promptly. Despite this issue, I still find the app incredibly valuable, and I believe that fixing the language problem would make it even more user-friendly.
Overall, I commend the developers for creating such a helpful and great app, and I look forward to a future update that resolves the language issue. Keep up the good work!
Imporvement request
I would like to see this features on the next update :
- Blur/Hide total balance until making an action.
- Darke Mode.
- When there’s a new update show me a notification. And when there’s a new update is available and you are trying to login you can’t login and the app doesn’t show any message, adding a messange would be helpfull to encourage user to update.

The last update brought face ID support, for quite Some time it worked fine for me so I didn’t had to write the password every time, instead I relied on face id to quickly log in, but recently, I don’t know what went wrong but for some reason or another Face ID doesn’t work anymore!!!
when ever I am trying to activate FaceID inside the app, CIHA MOBILE just freezes and closes the app unexpectedly, and this behavior happens every time i try to enable face ID.
I tried to re-install the app, tried many things but with no success.
