Simple and Specialize for People with Crappy Networks
If you have a reliable ISP, and never think twice about it going down, you don’t need this app. My problem is that my ISP does not provide reliable service. When that happens I ussually have to open the Mac Network tool and begin a ping stream and watch the packet loss.
With CirclePing, monitoring is easy.
- a single dot means everything is good
- a big circle with graduations on it means life is not so good.
All in all, very helpful.
PS. As I was writing this I was getting significant packet loss - and then notice via the App that everything was up and running again - so I stopped my review, downloaded a bunch of stuff I needed then came back.
