Simple to use

The Cisco Business App is very easy to use, I setup my Cisco Business wireless access points and mesh extenders in minutes, scanning the QR Code on the device was simple , it made the setup for the extender seamless. Navigating through the app is simple, you can see what’s happenings on your WiFi network , check device and application usage, setting guest WiFi as well as testing the speed of your WiFi network. Overall it’s a great app.

App does not work

The app simply does not work. iPhone is on the same network as the AP management IP address. iPhone can ping the AP and can even access the web interface for the AP. But Cisco business mobile app still cannot see the AP. Does it even try to find it? Does this not work with existing Cisco business access points that are already set up? If it requires the mobile app to set it up from the beginning in order to show up in the app then that is not acceptable.
