Description

Use the Cisco eReader app to access your Cisco Learning Network Space (https://learningspace.cisco.com/) digital course materials. The digital materials available through the eReader replace the paper book materials distributed through classes taught by authorized Cisco Learning Partners.

After downloading the app, log in using your Cisco.com (http://www.cisco.com/) credentials. Your digital materials should be available; if you don’t see the course materials you expected, contact the authorized Cisco Learning Partner responsible for providing the materials. See the Cisco Learning Network Space - User Information (https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/docs/DOC-21189) page for instructions.

Every version seems to be poor!

I need access to content behind this service for a class I am taking and was incredibly dissapointed.

The Web version works slightly better, but has a very short timeout delay. Logging in and opening content fails regularly on Safari.
The iOS version seems the best of the worst, but still fails often. The Table of Contents links just don’t work sometimes, or keep going to a page you’ve already been on. Navigation is unreliable.

The macOS version is similar. Since this review is for the macOS version, some specific concerns: The macOS version is clunky and unreliable. Clicking on a content link fails most of the time. Search is poor.

This is a terrible experience. Anyone taking a class that uses this should be angry. Instructors teaching classes that rely on this service should be angry.

Does not work!

This application does not work well. Today during class the application crashed at least 4 times. I couldn’t even use my iPad as a backup since my book is no longer in the library. How can I learn anything when the tools provided don’t work?

Cannot login

Window opens, but only shows gradient. This may also be because I just installed macOS Big Sur!
