It was very difficult to reach the Tech Support and in spite of reaching the Tech Support I was placed in hold for more than 90 minutes earlier today afternoon and the line got cut off, but the representative who came in now at 9:30 PM Eastern standard Time was very helpful to solve the problem and he was able to solve the problem. Thank you.

If you like to waste your time ……I wrote a scathing review last night. It was never published. This is my second attempt. I just read all 160 reviews. They are accurate and spot on. Citi is updating the system on the app. Really dudes. It takes 5 days ??? When u can reach an agent you get told to use your computer but the little window that instructs you to enter mobile token using an opti little red button is the old fashion hard token device. Totally antiquated and inaccurate. So i spent 1 1/2 hr waiting on line getting shuffled to many depts. a supervisor told me they will provide a token but it only lasts one hour. This is reprehensible. The peeps in charge of this app should be fired and their bosses at the bank should be flogged in front of CitiBusinessMobile customers This bank has radically changed for the worst in the last 10 years. I have been a loyal private client now Citigold customer for over 50 years. I will run run run to chase. Even capital one has a better banking mumble app The regular Citi app is decent.

One of the least intuitive and user friendly app I have ever encountered. Mainly trying to use it for mobile check deposit so I don’t have to keep going to the bank. First it took weeks for the remote mobile deposit to be implemented, then once it’s set up, I had to struggle through the phone tree to get someone who can walk me thru making the deposit because guess what, the reason why I can’t make the deposit is bc I have to select my account via a link that doesn’t look like a link, then toss a dice to see if the app would accept the check that I just took a picture of, and maybe 70% of the time it will go through on the first try. Since Monday, the deposit icon cannot be accessed so the one and only purpose I use this app for is rendered useless. Tech support wasn’t even aware CitiBusinessMobile can do remote check deposit. Go figure.

I just got an email saying this app had been updated but it’s still very antiquated. It’s almost useless for me — I can look up the balance but the main thing I want to do on mobile is deposit a check which can’t be done on this app. So I have to log in to the personal Citi mobile version with my business credentials in order to deposit a check. Which them means the personal app doesn’t remember my credentials or ask for my fingerprint when I want to log in for my personal accounts. I’ve had my personal accounts with CitiBank for many years but if I had known how clunky this app (and also the business web version) was I would have opened my business account at a different bank. I work in finance and log in to many financial institution websites - Citi Business is the worst one I’ve ever seen!
