The app will help patients to store their medical records electronically. Blood results will be extracted, parsed, and presented back to patients in an easy format with a flow chart to aid in the tracking of disease progression. Furthermore, a rule-based function will be written in the app to prompt the patients for regular checks & screen for CKD based on their risk profile. The app will also provide guidance on the recommended treatment based on the patient's parameters. The App aims to store medical records chronologically and assist patients with self-care for chronic kidney disease.
