Clash Royale 9+

I’ve been playing this game since it basically came out, and i haven’t been able to stop since. The design of the characters and arenas is outstanding, and wins feel great, especially after a good battle. However, the past couple updates have been a complete 180 from what the game used to be. first of all, War 2 is a great concept, but there have been a lot of issues with playing against similar teams. it seems way off balance, there are good clans out there that have been getting screwed by this new system. and now the biggest kicker: the new ladder system. i don’t know what was exactly done but mostly everyone is having a super-hard time with moving up to the trophies everyone is used to. people that were sitting at 5600 trophies can’t even break 5000 without sweating like that Key&Peele skit. and it used to be that when you lost a ladder match, you’d lose between 17 to 23 trophies, now you lose 27 to 31, which results in stagnant ladder results. this is honestly the worst season i have ever played, and it’s not just me, it’s a lot of people really frustrated. it’s crazy bc this game used to be addicting, i know people, myself included, that complain but then an hour later hop back on to play. but this will get worse and worse, and until something changes for the better, people that have been playing for years and paying for the season pass will not do so anymore

As I’m sure everyone knows, clash Royale has a significant pay to win aspect to it. Although this has been dealt with by facing people closely leveled to you, the player level is taken into account, rather than the card level. In brawl stars, the system used is okay because genuine skill can outperform a stronger opponent, but in clash Royale, you can face a maxed out deck used by a level twelve player. If you try to defend, you get overwhelmed, if you try to attack you can’t push through, and if you use spells for tower damage you are low on elixir and can’t defend a push that already would have taken your tower when defended. I don’t care if I face a level 13 as a level 11 when their cards are level twelve as well, I just am concerned because every time I try gaining trophies I face at least a half level thirteen deck, and almost always face 1-4 level fourteens if not more. I would understand if you don’t want to change this as I am making a rare request, which would mean that doing so would only satisfy a few people, but maybe at least consider this request for a few seconds as I know that others may have this problem too and want to help everyone’s experience. However, if this would not benefit players as much as I think, seeing as I am a player and therefore am biased, you should most likely not add a feature like this.
