Class Ready brings administration and the parent portal together for dance schools, theatre schools and performing arts education providers. FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS • View class schedules and family calendars. • Check term dates, holidays and known class cancellations. • Access school forms, invoices and uniform information. • View saved schedules and term dates on your iPhone when you are offline. FOR TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS • Organise classes, students and timetables. • Manage registers, forms and school messages. • Access invoices and administration tools. If you are both a teacher and a parent, switch between your school dashboard and parent portal. Offline information downloads automatically while you use the parent portal online. The most recently opened school’s saved information is available for up to seven days, with an indication of when it was last updated. Payments, form submissions and account changes require an internet connection. A Class Ready account is required. Information and available services depend on your education provider.
