What’s New

Version 7.7.0

Guests to your private event, such as a birthday party, will be able to consult any updates you send as a note on the app.
We’ve also made UX improvements to copy-pasting, and @mentions. We hope the latter will make it easier for you to find and mention the person in question more confidently.

Update is terrible

More complaints. It says you have notifications when you don’t, and the little red number doesn’t go away. There has been a drastic decrease in usage at my child’s school since the update, and I’m on the PTA so I know how parents are using it. Do not understand the thought process in this. Go back to the old version!

Developer Response ,

Hi busby19, we have a resolved a notification issue that occurred with the initial release. We'd love to hear more about any further issues you're experiencing so we can get to the bottom of it for you, - whether on the app, regarding parent usage or PTA.
Our help desk form is a good way to contact us. https://help.classlist.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

We also extend an invitation you to a user focus group to hear your thoughts, should you choose to join one. Let us know.
Kindest regards

No search function

With hundreds of posts made daily it is impossible to find the information you need without a search function.

That recommendation for a mouthguard/cake maker/shoe shop you saw 2 weeks ago - you’ll need to scroll through all the posts to find it again.

Developer Response ,

We added a search function to Classlist in late 2019 and hope you find it useful.
