Cleanlet is a unique, gamified platform designed to encourage community participation in maintaining clean storm drains and preventing flooding. This initiative, brought to you with NSF funding for Drexel University's College of Civil, Environmental, and Architectural Engineering, empowers every individual to contribute to environmental research on climate change.
Create an account, locate nearby storm drains using our easy-to-navigate map, and sign up for notifications about upcoming cleaning jobs. Before an adverse weather event, you'll receive a push notification to clear debris from your chosen storm drain.
Snap before and after photos of your hard work to earn points and level up. While the points may be for bragging rights, the real reward is a safer, cleaner neighborhood and a healthier environment.
