We have added a new notification type in this update. Hospital Indemnity You can now receive notifications from your agent about Hospital Indemnity coverage. Tap the notification to open it in the app and read the full message. A Contact My Agent button is available so you can call, message, or email your agent directly from the notification with a single tap.

We have improved the security of document signing in this update. Scope of Appointment and Consent Forms When you sign a form in the app your signature is now recorded with additional verification information to confirm it was signed by you on your own device. This helps protect you and ensures your signature is secure and legally verifiable.

This update includes improvements to push notifications and security. Push Notifications Push notifications now work correctly when you are signed in to the app on more than one device. You will receive notifications on all your devices at the same time.

This update includes security improvements and bug fixes to keep your account and data safe.

We have added a new document signing feature in this update. Scope of Appointment You can now sign your Scope of Appointment form directly in the app. When your agent sends you a form to sign you will receive a notification. Tap the notification to open the form, then tap Sign to complete it with a single tap. You can also tap View SOA Form to read the full document before signing.

We have added an in-app help guide designed specifically for our senior clients. In-App Help Guide A new Help button is now available throughout the app. Tap it anytime to access step-by-step guides with images and video walkthroughs covering all app features including how to sign in, manage your insurance cards, contact your agent, enable notifications, and more. The guide includes adjustable text size so you can make the text larger for easier reading. You can also search for a specific topic or browse all available guides from the menu.

Fixed a bug where tapping Maybe Later on a prompt could make the entire screen unresponsive until the app was force-quit. This issue only affected iOS and is now resolved.

We have made improvements to the app experience and fixed a bug in this update. App Updates The app update experience has been improved. Minor updates will give you the option to update now or continue later. Important updates will require an update before continuing to use the app. Bug Fix Fixed an issue on iOS where dismissing the notification permission prompt would make the screen unresponsive until the app was force-quit.

We have improved the app experience for new clients in this update. Prospect Mode Clients who are not yet connected to an agent can now log in and explore the app. The Agent tab will display a Connect with Your Agent option, allowing you to reach out by call, message, or email to get started. Once connected to an agent your Agent tab will update to show your agent's full profile and contact options.

We have made improvements to the Plan and Cards tab in this update. Plan and Cards Your Enrollment Code is now displayed on the Plan and Cards tab with a copy button so you can easily copy it when needed.

We have updated the Cards tab in this version. Plan and Cards The Cards tab has been renamed to Plan and Cards. Your Medicare plan information is now displayed at the top of the tab including key plan details, followed by your saved insurance cards below.

We have added a new account recovery option in this update. Forgot PIN A new Forgot PIN option is now available on the login screen. If you ever lose access to your PIN you can choose to receive a one-tap sign-in link by text to get back into the app without changing your PIN, or reset your PIN by receiving a 6-digit verification code by text and setting a new one.

We have updated ClientBridge with new features and improvements. Agent Dashboard Redesign The Agent tab has been refreshed with a cleaner design. Your agent's agency name and logo now appear at the top of their profile. The action buttons have been streamlined — tap Contact My Agent to choose between calling or sending an SMS to your agent, or tap Email My Agent to reach them by email. Special Offers A new Special Offers tab has been added where you can view exclusive deals and offers shared directly by your insurance agent. Biometric Authentication You can now enable Face ID or Touch ID for added security. Biometric verification is required before scanning a card, deleting a card, and when returning to the app after inactivity. Manage this anytime under Settings > Security. Offline Access Your agent information, saved insurance cards, and other data are now cached securely on your device so you can access them anytime even without an internet connection. We also made general improvements to performance and stability.
