PRIVACY AND CONSENT
Speech processing stays on device. Optional recovery audio is off by default and can be retained for seven days; transcripts remain in your library. Medical content is classified conservatively and excluded from eligible cloud-backup workflows. Always obtain permission before recording and follow your organization’s policies.
Mac capture includes audio from the selected app or browser, including its audible notifications or other tabs. No bot joins the meeting. Use headphones when including your microphone to avoid duplicate transcription. Direct capture of another app’s internal meeting audio is a Mac feature, not an iPhone or Watch feature.
Pro uses an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Apple displays the current price and billing period before purchase. Restore purchases and manage your subscription from the app.

ClientRecap has a redesigned recording-first Studio, copper recording dial, recent-session cards and dedicated transcript details.
On supported iPhones, live and Watch-file transcription now use Apple’s newer on-device engine. Recording remains available across tabs and apps, with clearer input and transcription warnings.
Pro adds local speaker separation from opted-in saved audio, colored turns and editable names. Original transcripts are preserved.
The Watch companion retains local recording and retryable iPhone delivery, with refreshed styling and clearer status.
