Clock in and out, track breaks, review work hours, and view schedules. Offline operation and employer-required GPS and photo verification are supported. ClockDeck is the employee companion app for organizations using the ClockDeck workforce management platform. Employees can: • Clock in and out with a single tap • Start and end breaks • Review current and previous work hours • View upcoming schedules, shift details, and job locations • Open shift addresses in their preferred maps application • Receive workplace and schedule notifications • Continue timekeeping while offline and automatically synchronize when connectivity returns When required by an employer, ClockDeck securely records a clock-event photo and precise location during applicable clock-in and clock-out actions. These requirements are controlled by the employee’s organization and are clearly displayed before the action is completed. An active employee account provided by an organization using ClockDeck is required. Business administration, employee setup, reporting, payroll preparation, and subscription management are handled through the ClockDeck web platform.
