Apple Watch app. Start, pause, and save sessions from your wrist. The watch and the iPhone stay in sync: start on either one and the other follows, and your running total shows on the watch in your rate. Pick a color on the phone and the watch matches. Sessions saved on the watch land in History and invoice like any other.
