Description
Add clouds or boxes with your own text captions on top of any photo. Various types of clouds and box overlays are included, which allows you to customize with position and fade, then allows you to add your own personal text captions along with it. Clouds and boxes can be size adjusted, faded and easily positioned by tapping on the photo.

Ratings and Reviews
Useless
Does nothing. Text and text bubble do not move in accordance with each other, and both are unintuitive in their movements. Creators: the text should stay with the text box. Also, there's no tool to center the text box.
Bad app
Wasted $1.99 should've looked at the other reviews well at least the one review!! doesn't work
Looked like a decent app
But it doesnt work! At all! Placing the cloud bubble doesnt work, and text in the bubble didnt work! Zero usefull!
