NOTE: The ClubCentral app is intended for members and staff of private clubs only. This app will require a username and password that you will only have access to if you are a member of a private club that uses the ForeTees Reservations System and has enabled this app. Please check with your club if you are not sure this is the correct app.

The ClubCentral app is a powerful communication tool that also provides fast and easy access to the club’s reservations center and other member-only areas. Members will stay up to date on what is happening at the club and have the ability to easily register for events, tee times, courts, dining and more.

Warning: This app makes use of location services. Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
This app may require a device with Bluetooth Low Energy.

Posting Hole by Hole Scores

On an iPad screen only allows posting the first 10holes by entering a score fore the hole and then tapping the next hole to enter a score. Once you get to 10 you can’t advance the screen without tapping on the side of the screen and then tapping the hole to place a score and then repeating the same for the rest of the holes. I reset my iPad, I deleted the app and reinstalled. No change. Very clunky performance. Sometimes the screen will freeze. Causes me to use another app to enter a score.
Rest of the app is very convenient. Would give 5 stars if not for the above.

Best country club app on market

Not sure why this app doesn’t have a 5 of 5 rating in 2019. It works flawlessly, easily allows members to book and modify tee times, see others on tee sheet with handicap, manages club events, gives dining specials, and allows you to input GHIN entries. If folks are not happy with this app maybe your cc doesn’t know how to fully utilize or set up. It works great at our club.

FT if you read this I have one suggestion. Add live scoring capability so members can manage their sat morning games and see live scoring without calling pro shop. Look into integrating it with the scoring system on the gps screens in carts.

Some ideas

Love the app... was playing this weekend and we all had the same feelings about some options that are not there. We were thinking that it would be great if we make a time at 9am as an example and the next day we decide to play later, there should be an easier way to just change to another open slot instead of deleting everyone, and if you didn’t enter everyone they have to delete themselves before entering all into a new time. Just seems very tedious for a change in tee time slot.
