PIN to Phone Never Arrived
I was able to set up an account and received an e-mail verification. However, the app then tells you that a PIN was sent via an SMS text provided during registration. I never receive the PIN despite requesting a new one numerous times! I suspect the problem may be a US phone number although I did have the “+1” included.
Doesn’t work
I’m not sure whose 6 year old grandchild wrote this software, but it just doesn’t work and won’t tell you why. After getting past crashes, it failed to create an account. Not surprising after all the machines’ card readers weren’t able to connect for card payments.
Cannot get sms
Whoever is managing this app from the company need to be fired! I am standing infront of a train machine and trying to pay but i cant! The app isnt sending me sms to create an account! Wheres the quality assurance or quality control behind app making! I am reporting this to apple to remove it because its a useless 10mb that does NOTHING!
