You can now use our Helios mobile app to manage Cohesity clusters that are registered to the Cohesity Helios management portal:
DASHBOARD
Check on overall cluster health, storage consumed and top protected environments.
CLUSTERS
See a comprehensive list of all registered clusters, with details like software version, storage, throughput, and IOPS.
ALERTS
Review all active alerts from the last 24 hours to review how your clusters are performing.
CASES
Get a list of your support cases, with their Salesforce details.
NOTE: The Cohesity Helios mobile app requires an API key for your account. To generate it, log in to https://helios.cohesity.com/admin/helios-access-management/api-keys.
What’s New
Version 2.0
We continue to enhance the application.
With this update, you can now enable the Support Channel of a cluster from the mobile app, as long as you have admin privileges. This empowers you to coordinate remote troubleshooting by Cohesity Support staff even when you’re away from the console.
This update also includes several visual enhancements.

Great way to check your clusters at a glance
This is a good initial effort at providing easy mobile access to the status of your Cohesity environment. Provides a quick view into the status of all your clusters and any errors, available storage, and protection status of your environment. You can also see your open support cases if you have any.
I’d love to be able to drill into each cluster and see the status of my protection jobs, hopefully that will come in a future version.
Great app with simple view of environment
This is a great and well laid out app that provides a simple, yet informative view into your Cohesity environment. It makes it very easy to remotely check progress, alerts or anything you’d want to know about your environment. Well thought out and extremely fast to use. Love it.
Perfect for Viewing Quick Cluster Status
This app delivers more than expected and is fast and responsive when navigation.
I really like the detail available on past and present cases that show the notes and status from each support session.
Being able to provide management with an easy to access high level view of the overall health of our data protection platform is a big win for the team!
Excited to see what other features will be added in the future.
