Far better than any other exchange
I’ve been with this app exchange for more than a year and they are always improving, always working at having the best specs, best prices, best everything. I mean I really have no issues with this platform and it’s far better than my experience with coinbase, binance, kucoin or any other platform. Ive gone through many and CoinMetro has always been the one exchange I keep at all times. I use it for everything. I’ve asked support so many questions and they always give me the perfect answer in five minutes. So yes, best platform I know of.
Most transparent and honest exchange in the industry!
The Coinmetro team is constantly working to make the app better and expand opportunities for its customers. The CEO is incredibly engaged and transparent with the CM community. I highly recommend this exchange for your crypto needs! I did not have any trouble with the verification process.
Glitchy, multiple-unauthorized transactions. Sketchy at best.
I clicked (once) to process a ACH bank transfer and boom it went through 3 times. No conformation, so I did it again. Boom. Now I have 4 transfers happening with no way to stop it. The app’s Customer Service boils down to “oh well” you can transfer it back once it settles with the bank. No ACH fee reversal. Just a “Deal with it” attitude. So I have to pay $5 for each glitchy transaction. The pay another $5 to get my money back. Scammers?!?
This app is also VERY confusing and hard to figure out. Transferring funds was a chore, when it worked correctly. I’m 20% confident this thing is even real.
