PDF documents now open through a single, consistent viewing method across the app. Bills and attachments render the same way regardless of where they are opened, which resolves the inconsistent behavior some users experienced when previewing PDFs. Improved bill approval UI. The bill approval screen has been refined for a clearer and smoother workflow, making it easier to review and approve bills on the go.

Users can now approve or reject payable bills from the COMMITLY Spend mobile app using swipe gestures or buttons on the detail screen. Bills badge - The Bills icon shows a red dot with the count of pending records. Record list & details - Each bill shows counterpart, invoice ID, amount due, and days since invoice. The detail screen adds the approval policy name and tax. Approve - Swipe right or tap Approve. Record moves to "To be paid". Reject - Swipe left or tap Reject. Record moves to "Rejected". Comments & Activities - Add comments or review the full document history from the detail screen.
