So Easy to use

I have accounts at 2 credit unions because my husband wont give up his childhood account! The other, a very small organization. Community Choice mobile app is by far more superior and more advanced technology but very simple.
Can do anything i need to do at any time of day! Using this app- my Credit Union is open 24 hours a day!

Visa card holders

I very much enjoy having this app, it is easy to use and I have all kinds of information available at my fingertips for my my checking, savings and loan information for my CCCU accounts. However when it comes to the Visa information, it is not always accurate! It will show the Same transactions pending 2, 3 and sometimes 4 times. Giving the appearance that the same vendor is charging my account multiple times. When I have called Visa regarding these “multiple charges,” the fraud department informs me that what I see on my screen is inaccurate. The truth is, there was only one transaction charge to my account and that the other ones will eventually drop off. Why does the app show multiple pending transactions? It is very frustrating, annoying and even upsetting.

We can understand the pending holds for credit card transactions can be confusing when the actual transaction has already posted. Updated app improvements

It is easier to find Bill pay but more difficult to find statements. Bill pay is great being accessible to the right. Why bury statements under services? I spent an inordinate amount of time looking for my monthly statements. I balance the account monthly. This is not a secondary app usage.

The ability to link to my wife’s account at a different credit unit is great. Sadly we still use checks to transfer funds as fund availability takes longer with an electronic account transfer.
