Can’t calibrate?

Hey, can you be more specific about how to move the phone in a figure-8? Like held parallel to the ground? Vertically? I can’t get the “calibrate!” Red button to go away(Also, can you have it calibrate to gps perhaps with a button?)Otherwise I have to ask for my money back, but I like the app otherwise, it just needs to be able to be calibrated

I got this because I want a compass widget to tell me which direction I’m looking toward when in my Home Screen. The widgets in this app are altitude and barometric pressure, but not a compass. I can’t find a compass widget on any app. Perhaps the iPhone doesn’t allow this feature for any app while in rest.

You're correct, the current iOS system doesn't support a compass widget on the Home Screen due to system-level restrictions, and it's not a limitation of our app. However, if Apple decides to open up this capability in the future, we will promptly develop a corresponding compass widget.
