You erased all my deposit history changed your system again now changing our routing number, why can’t you leave nothing alone

Well organized with good intentions but very confusing in execution. Submitting a payment to a loan is particularly odd. When you want to make a partial payment, you have to select the regular monthly payment amount and then enter another amount in another field. Makes it look like you are submitting way more than you intend. Also, if a payment fails, it’s very difficult to tell and takes days to know. Hope they make some changes because I rely on my banking apps to stay current on my accounts.

It’s a bit glitchy. I have to act like I’m switching apps to make it go to whatever page I want. Example: if I tap transfers, it doesn’t go until I slide up on the app then go back in. Very odd.
