Condenser turns the feeds you follow into one calm, chronological timeline. It is a native client for your own Condenser server — self-hosted, single-user, and fully under your control. IMPORTANT: This app requires a self-hosted Condenser server. It is a read-only client; there are no accounts and no hosted service. The server software is open source: https://github.com/reorx/condenser AN RSS READER FIRST • Subscribe to any RSS or Atom feed; import your existing subscriptions from OPML • Short summaries, generated on your own server, let you decide before opening the full entry • Broken feeds are surfaced, not silently dropped — you always know a source went quiet ONE TIMELINE • Beyond RSS, your server can also collect Hacker News front-page stories and the Telegram channels you follow — everything merges into a single reading view, grouped by day • Per-source and per-feed views when you want to focus • Unread-first reading with scroll-to-read: an item is marked read only after you have actually seen it • Pull to refresh, silent catch-up on foreground — nothing interrupts you mid-read READING COMFORT • Clean cards with inline media, albums, link previews and a full-screen image viewer • Four-step reading font size • Bars hide while you scroll; light and dark themes • Save anything to your permanent archive — saved items never expire on your server YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • The app talks only to the server address you enter • No analytics, no tracking, no third-party services • Sign-in uses a device token issued by your own server, stored in the iOS Keychain Power features configured on the server and enjoyed in the app: keyword filters, full-text search, and Hacker News front-page admission rules.
