Tradies admin AI-solution
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Quoting, scheduling, invoicing and live crew tracking — all from your phone. Built for tradies who'd rather be on the tools than stuck doing admin at night.
Conkr — Job management for tradies who'd rather be on the tools.
Still quoting in a notebook? Chasing invoices by text at 9pm? Working out next week's schedule on the back of an envelope?
Conkr puts the boring stuff in one app, so you can get on with the job.
QUOTE AND INVOICE ON THE SPOT
Build professional quotes and invoices from your phone before you've even left the driveway. Customers approve online, you get paid faster.
YOUR WEEK, SORTED
Jobs, schedules and timesheets in one place. Your crew sees their day without ringing you.
LIVE CREW TRACKING
See where your team is while they're clocked in — no more "where are ya?" phone calls. Tap a name and the map takes you straight to them. Location is only ever tracked while clocked in — when they're off the clock, it's off.
BUILT FOR THE WHOLE CREW
Technicians get their own simple view — their jobs, their schedule, their timesheets. You keep control of quotes, invoices and the books.
LESS ADMIN, MORE TOOLS TIME
- Quotes and invoices in minutes, GST handled
- Voice-to-quote and photo-to-quote — talk or snap a photo, AI drafts it
- Job scheduling and calendar
- Timesheets your crew fills in, you approve
- Materials and stock tracking
- Certificates and compliance docs
- Customer history, notes and photos on every job
Made for sparkies, plumbers, chippies and every trade business that's outgrown the notebook.
Download Conkr and take your evenings back.
