Terrible

This app doesn’t let you do anything. Couldn’t add another contact. Couldn’t add another phone. Couldn’t prioritize. Had the wrong address and wouldn’t allow edits to fix it. Need a website but was told one isn’t available. Called three times and people don’t know how to help. Very unprofessional.

Customer service is really inaccessible

I’m just trying to update contact info. I waited on hold for 25 minutes, then gave up. Downloaded the app thinking I could do it on there. Nope. Now what? Is there any way to reach a human being that speaks English well?

Disappointed In Loss of Functionality

The new Lifeline app was released today after much fanfare.

I am disappointed to see that there is no apparent way to submit notes about my Dad’s current medical condition, medications and code to enter the home. All of this was in the prior app and always available to help first responders.

Also, there is mo apparent way to change the calling priority of members of the Care Circle. That was a prior function which our family used, based on who was home or traveling.

I would like to see these functions restored.

Developer Response ,

While overhauling the application to provide some new features that were not available previously, we had to make the tough decision to hold back a few features from the initial My Lifeline offering. However, we are already working to re-introduce both the notes and re-ordering of contacts into the application on the next release, so be sure to update when prompted by the app store. Although the gate/lockbox/door code, current medical conditions, and current medications are not shown in the application, we still provide that information to the first responders in the event of an emergency. They are stored in our system, but at this time cannot be edited from within the application. This feature may be added back, but I cannot give a timeline on these specifically. We appreciate the feedback and look forward to any further input you can provide after we have updated. Thank you!
