Never worked
Downloaded, verified, created P/W 3x. Still gets ‘device not found’. Called Tec services 4x and was told A. Not trained on app problems only know system. B. Will have to open repair order to send to technical help! This from tec help after I pushed number 4 for technical help. C. Spoke to supervisor Ms Nicole @ extension 0022 and was assured problem is a known issue with new 4G system. Would be repaired within 2 weeks. Did not happen. D. Last call was we are working on issue.
This happened over the last 2 months and STILL NOT WORKING.
If you want a monitoring service that offers an app to monitor/change caregivers, then this is not for you.

Terrible waste of time
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP! This app is utterly useless! I spent 2 days trying to get it to work being on hold with the tech support etc. thinking I could manage my mothers alert equipment and account because she is moving and I needed to change addresses etc. This app will not allow me to do anything. So I am still going to have to call and wait on hold for hours just to make a simple address change. Also apparently I am now being charged on my account $5 per month just to have the privilege of having this useless app on my device? They don’t even tell you this! Robbery.
