Poor GPS location

We have the Lifeline service for 2 reasons - fall detection and locating a parent when they have not come home. GPS location shown in the Lifeline app is consistently wrong. When my parents are home, the app shows them across the street or next door - not helpful to emergency personnel in case of a fall. When they are out and about, their reported location is minutes to an hour behind their actual location, and “refresh” button doesn’t change anything. I called customer service and was told *they* do have the actual location even though the app doesn’t. But customer service isn’t able to pass my concern on to whoever is in charge of app development.

We have switched to this service because insurance pays for it. We used Lively before and they had a much more useful app and excellent customer service.

Negative stars!

If I could give this app negative stars I would. Whoever developed this app is a sadist. There’s no search function. There are instructions for how to check payment methods but no option to do so. There’s no way to edit caregiver information on the app. Since they did away with the website, the only way to accomplish anything is to call them and wait on eternal hold. What company doesn’t allow a user to update or enter payment info? Pro tip to lifeline execs… Companies that make their products difficult to use and easy to leave don’t stay in business.

Horrible

This app seldom updates. Then with wrong location. Wrong battery charge.
Can't trust it at all! Don't use!
Can't trust company either. Even when contacted by phone, their information is wrong or they don't carry through.
2weeks waiting for "immediate " replacement only to find out that they never placed the order!!!
