The ConnectCare3 app is a mobile-optimized companion to the ConnectCare3 platform powered by CoreHealth by Carebook Corporate Wellness Platform. Registered users can track wellness activities, engage with a variety of wellbeing content, and track their personal wellness progress. This app is for use by REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ONLY. Please contact your employer’s Human Resources department to receive access information. The ConnectCare3 app can be configured along with Apple Health and other wearables to link your data.
