Constructor Pro helps owners, contractors and site teams track the cost of building a house or project as it happens.
• Capture a bill in seconds: photograph the receipt, pick the item, supplier and amount, and it's saved with the photo.
• Always know the balance: total spent, total deposited and what's left for every building.
• Expense breakdown by section: Materials, Labor and Other items, with optional sub-items (e.g. Plumbing materials → pipes, mixers). Add your own sections too.
• One team: add your workers so they record expenses and deposits from their phones; editing and deleting stay with the owner.
• Keep each building in the app, or optionally as a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive with the receipt photos.
• Arabic and English, with amounts in Kuwaiti dinars to three decimals.

The free plan includes one building. Subscribe to ConstructorPro Pro to add unlimited buildings for your whole business, including your workers:
• Monthly: US$10 per month
• Yearly: US$100 per year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by country and currency.
